Prepare, cook, and present traditional Goan dishes such as Xacuti, Vindaloo, Sorpotel, Fish Curry, Bebinca, etc. Develop and maintain recipes ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Source authentic Goan ingredients or identify appropriate substitutes while maintaining authenticity. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and festive Goan menus. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on Goan cooking techniques and recipes. Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of kitchen supplies. Stay updated on food trends and regional innovations in Goan cuisine.
