Role profile Role title: CVM - IR & VAS Lead Function: Mobility LoB Band: M3 Department: CVM Reports to: Enterprise CVM Head Location: Mumbai - Corporate Role purpose: Responsible for managing IR, VAS, AD tech 120crs business for Enterprise and grow to 250crs Grow new lines of business on existing base and thus driving PPI through completely new set of products Product development of consumer products custom-fit for Enterprise and design segmented campaigns to take these products into Enterprise base for maximum conversion and monetization Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]: To manage and customize consumer products for Enterprise cross-selling: Identify products that can be sold into Enterprise base for base monetization and driving higher PPI on new products Product Development to make it custom fit for Enterprise use case and give regular feedback- for improvement Liaison with Product Heads at Consumer business and define ways of working Manage products like IR, VAS, Ad techs and designing Enterprise relevant pricing, service, digital journeys To design & build segmented campaigns for base monetization: Identify base to target specific product for cross-sell, upsell Design Segmented campaigns to get ARPU & revenue growth Create the complete campaign GTM design, sales enablement & execution plan for maximizing revenue Work with Sales and segment teams for campaign strategy alignment and execution To run governance on base analytics : Build accurate and timely reports that enable close monitoring, tracking and course correction and designing CVM strategy Deliver root cause analysis for outlier trends to enable effective business management and campaign actions Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]: Strong Collaborative and influencing skills Strong analytical ability Understanding of Enterprise Business KBIs Understanding of Enterprise data sources and architecture Knowledge of SQL Must have technical / professional qualifications: Data Base Experience with structured query language (preferably Netizza) Understanding of systems and tools like COGNOS etc Budget owned: n/a Key performance indicators [max 3]: Designing strategy for bringing consumer products into Enterprise base Custom fit it to Enterprise use Timely and accurate reporting of key Enterprise trends and taking requisite corrective actions Direct reports: n/a Dotted reports: n/a Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
