Warburttons has been retained to identify Group Head HR by our client who is a large Indian conglomerate with business interests in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail, hospitality, mining & trading.

Position - GM HR

Location - Nagpur, Maharashtra

As an GM HR, you will:

- Lead the core HR function and be the custodian of People, Process, Culture of the Large Indian Business Conglomerate with varied business and complex employee network across India

- Lead the Strategic HR Leadership for the various businesses of the conglomerate

- Create & Manage the Culture DNA of the Conglomerate

- Create HR Processes & Practices necessary for smooth & satisfactory functioning

- Ensure Employee management across grades maintaining the legal-humane framework

- Lead the internal communication process 6 Leading all facets of Employee Life Cycle

- Create & Maintain the Brand value by being the Employer of choice

The Successful Applicant :

- Should have a post graduate degree in HRM

- Should have strong Knowledge of labour laws, labour practice and benefits for on rolls / off rolls employees for both corporate teams and factory workers

- Should have lead the HR function for a large conglomerate with multiple businesses managing complete employee lifecycle

- Should have some exposure to Factory / Plant HR / IR

- Should have strong exposure in various government schemes and benefits for employees/workers

- Should be fluent in English and Hindi languages

- Should have strong people management and interpersonal skills

- Should be willing to work from Office at Nagpur
