About Our Client
Large pharmaceutical company with presence in multiple therapy areas- Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales marketing strategies to meet the company goal and objective.
- Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing & preparing annual divisional budget plans
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating promotional strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide in-depth insights to sales and marketing team in strategizing sales and marketing activities.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals
- Recruiting, training, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor\'s degree in science / pharmacy / medical / marketing or related field
- 10 years + experience in sales
- Experience in the Ophthalmology sector is a must
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong closing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated and achievement oriented
- The ability to work under pressure.
