Job Summary
We are a 34 year old Gravity Die Casting company located in Veerasandra Industrial Area near Electronics City, Phase 2. We have an opening for a hands on General Managerto manage all the Operations, Business Development, Production activities in the company. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Operations - running of the company
  • Business Development - responsible for growth of the company
  • Thorough Gravity Die Casting knowledge
  • Lean manufacturing
  • Cost control
  • Improved productivity and OEE
  • Modernization of the plant, IOT experience
  • Updated training facilities
  • IATF
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Min 20 years experience in Gravity Die Casting
  • Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company
  • Diploma/ Graduate degree
  • Good communication and English skills must. Hindi is a plus
  • Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting
  • Must have excellent 5S skills
Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
