Key Responsibilities
: Develop business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts; drive revenue growth and market share. : Collaborate with operations to optimize production, minimize waste (cobble), control fuel/power, and manage raw material costs. : Manage strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, inventory, and efficient delivery of finished goods. : Lead sales teams, develop pricing strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. : Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, P&L, and financial reporting for the rolling mill division. : Review and negotiate contracts (vendors/customers) and ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards (ISO). : Lead and mentor commercial, sales, procurement, and potentially operational teams.
