1. The mission of transformation project / program manager is the end to end successful delivery of complex projects / programs by managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change & communication, risk & issues, governance and reporting towards stakeholders
2. Drive the implementation of activities, projects and programs globally
3. The project/program mgr will build a governance structure to ensure accountability that enables the outcomes of each transformation initiative
4. Provide expert advice and coaching to initiative leads/teams to ensure best practice execution of the PMP approach for these initiatives
Qualifications
1. Project mgmt for the supply chain planning deployment in the region or globally
2. Implement projects using the logistics PMP methodologies related to planning domains
3. Ensure project mgmt standards are documented and followed across all planning programs and projects
4. The project/program mgr ensures the agreed initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realised throughout the transformation program or portfolio
5. Collaborate and manage a cross functional team of experts
6. Support the business on planning execution during the transformation process
7. Stage gate adherence and sponsor engagement are included on all initiatives
8. Develop and deploy with operations, RACI based on corporate guideline and local needs to enable project handover
9. Where required animate supply chain teams on corrective actions towards performance improvement or continuous improvement projects
10. Integrate change and risk management standards and best practices into transformational projects
Skills and competencies
1.At least 10 yrs experience in planning domain. Has experience driving and leading transformation programs
2. has a strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain process with E2E view
3. customer centric
4. Structure and process oriented
5. Change management
6. Possess PMP certification
7. Creative, critical thinking and problem solver
8. Ability to work independently in a highly matrix organization
9. Strong verbal and written communication
10. Ability to influence and convince senior stakeholders
