Job Summary:

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization. It provides multiple HR support services through the VTH model in functional areas like including People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Talent Development, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility etc. to EY member firms and other EY Talent functional stakeholders.
These services are delivered from our centers in India, Philippines Poland and China. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality, and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centers.
Learning Admin function is a part of the broader Talent Shared Services (TSS) and is primarily focussed towards managing end to end Learning administration for the Talent team to deliver the training in all areas across EY.

Essential Functions of the Job:

The talent landscape is changing rapidly, and EY’s GTA²S team exists to ensure that we can continue to engage, attract and retain the world’s most exceptional and diverse talent. Collaborating with our Regional, Area and Global leadership teams across EMEIA and APAC the team delivers an integrated, agile and insights driven approach to Executive and Experienced Hire Recruitment initiatives. Talent Insights is a distinct in-house research, advisory and analytics team that exists within the GTA²S construct that enables information and insights-based decision making through a variety of services and solutions that are offered directly to a range of EY stakeholders (Recruitment Leaders, HR & Knowledge Practitioners, Talent and Business leaders). Key assets and outputs from the team seek to influence and inform talent strategy typically answering research questions related to:

  • Talent sourcing intelligence
  • Location strategy
  • Skills and jobs analysis
  • Broader Workforce/labour market dynamics
The Global Talent Insights Analyst supports the day-to-day development and project delivery of the Talent Insights function. Reporting to the Global Talent Insights Lead, this position is responsible for using global talent market and industry research and providing impactful and talent and market insights to a range of EY business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Drive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis for business stakeholders in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition function, as well as the broader business, focusing on a different range of industries, competitors and geographies.
  • Use talent intelligence knowledge and experience to conduct applied talent research at scale, using both internal and external economic and talent data to build insights and recommendations.
  • Use a variety of research tools to generate and share research across multiple markets, functions, and service lines as appropriate.
  • Present insights in a compelling way that influences action against identified business problems
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in some of the following areas: corporate research/executive search, intelligence, talent analytics and consulting experience (ideally with experience of consulting with labour market intelligence). You may also have worked in Talent Acquisition previously and have a strong interest in talent analytics.
  • Strong interest in working with and analysing data and conducting research focused projects
  • Experience of delivering people/HR analytics projects critically analysing the associated datasets. You may have previously used talent market insights and data to influence decisions across functions.
  • Familiarity with a data visualisation tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) alongside proficiency in MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word)

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
  • This role requires to support the EMEIA and APAC Time Zones which will require the resource to work on rotational shifts
  • May need to work on extra hours in case of special customer requirements
Job Requirements:
You will have a passion and ability to combine and analyse sources of information about the external talent landscape to support business decisions. You will have a natural curiosity around how talent decisions impact on business performance and be able to work with business stakeholders to help define and execute against research problems and project scope. You may currently or previously have worked in a corporate research, knowledge, people analytics or talent intelligence capacity delivering data and insights projects
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline required.
  • Diploma in Human Resources will be an added advantage
Experience:

  • 4+ years’ work experience preferred including prior Shared Services / BPO and / or HR Operations experience
Certification Requirements:

  • Certification / training in hosting WebEx / Zoom / MS Teams sessions will be an advantage
