Information Security Media Group (ISMG) is currently seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. This position can be based in our Mumbai Office! You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working directly with senior-level management and the global recruitment and hiring team. As one of the first lines of ISMG\'s brand representation, the recruitment team is a critical component to our global organization. As a result of the aforementioned, it is imperative that all of our team members exude the following characteristics: unmatched worth ethic, inquisitive nature, ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to projects and take initiative, strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively with the entire team as necessary, personable, comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments and/or a demanding workload to accommodate the full recruitment life cycle for high volume internal hiring. We are seeking someone who has a strong desire and passion to work within a growing team and across global markets.   • Sourcing candidates to build and maintain strong pipelines for multiple open roles.
  • Networking through industry contacts using LinkedIn and other resources.
  • Reviewing resume submissions.
  • Headhunting top-tier talent that fits seamlessly into the ISMG DNA.
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews.
  • Navigating through job boards & LinkedIn for both active and passive candidates.
  • Greeting candidates upon arrival for in-person interviews.
  • Creating and managing productive and responsive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing the candidate communication process.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of company culture activities and events.
Requirements/Desired Experience:
  • At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
  • 4-6 years of professional full-time work experience associated with recruitment and hiring functions.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Tremendously outgoing, engaged, creative, and organized.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and job boards is a must! (WordPress and JazzHR experience is a bonus!).
