The opportunity as the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be taking care of the entire aspects of digital marketing. You will be working closely with the internal stakeholders and will be responsible for marketing strategy, implementation and optimisation.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including google ads, social media marketing with expertise in Google adwords, Facebook marketing, email marketing and display advertising campaigns.

2. Handle the entire digital marketing to bring direct website conversion.

3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

6. Setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook marketing campaigns.

7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

11. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

12. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing with prime focus on social media marketing and google adwords.

2. Proven track record in generating online orders/website conversion.

3. Candidates from the e-commerce industry or marketing agency will be preferred.

4. Candidates must have worked for paid marketing strategies and handled a minimum budget of 20 LAKHS+ per month.

5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Hotjar, google tag manager).

6. Candidate must be a B-Tech or MBA preferably
