About this role :
As a broadly experienced specialist drive efficiency and productivity gains through devel-opment and implementation of new processes to administer a validated Global Learning Management System (LMS) covering multiple GxP areas in full alignment with Devel-opment and QA business goals and strategic objectives.
Management of GDD GxP Training content in LMS achieving full regulatory training com-pliance.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create process/task-based Roles in alignment with the target audience of QMS docu-ments and GDD LFARs or Training responsible persons (TRP).
• Ensure the end-to-end process from identification of training needs by the LFARs or TRP till assignment in the LMS is done according to defined timelines.
• Ensure Global Documents from Global QMS Communications applicable to GDD (and additional LF that we manage) are included in the 1-DMT and assigned for training if applicable.
• Support on the assignment of the Annual Quality Training Plan to the impacted employees.
• Support BOT activities.
• Be an U4G Admin and adhere to the global LMS Admin guidelines.
• Support maintenance and clean up of 1-DMT and LMS (e.g. access to LFRC/LFAR, val-idation activities).
• Training systems document maintenance.
• Support 1-DMT, BOT and LMS IT infrastructure updates as required.
• Provide SOP Manager support for Document lifecycle management activities as re-quired.
• Provide SME support and Reports for HA inspections and audits requests as required.
• Be a role model for the Novartis values and behaviors and support the journey to-wards an inspired, curious, unbossed and self-aware organization.
• Seek and implement opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness in our training system.

Minimum requirements

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Education: Bachelor/Technical degree in Life Sciences or related fields.

Advanced degree and/or MBA an advantage.

• Significant relevant work experience (

10 years) in the pharmaceutical industry or public health sector, in the area of Quality, Training or IT.

• Demonstrated knowledge in implementing/managing robust Learning Management Systems, setting global quality controls in a regulated area.
• Sound understanding of regulated activities, health authority expectations, and GxP, paired with good business understanding.
• Role model for the Novartis values and behaviours and exemplary interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to innovative when faced with opportunities or challenges.
• Ability to influence and drive/facilitate change across the organization.
