To further develop and grow this ambition we are looking for a Global Business Process Owner Manufacturing.
Your job We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Global Process Owner (GPO) for Manufacturing to lead and optimize our global manufacturing processes within our dedicated Process Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in manufacturing operations, process improvement and leadership. As the GPO for Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organization\'s manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and sustainability while leading a community of regional and local business process experts.
Key responsibilities

• 
  Process Ownership: Assume complete ownership of the Manufacturing process, encompassing operations, quality control, supply chain integration, sustainability initiatives and interfaces to production planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Global Standardization: Collaborate with global, regional and local teams and stakeholders to establish and enforce global manufacturing standards, best practices, and methodologies. Drive consistency in manufacturing processes across different regions and business units.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess the Manufacturing process to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, waste reduction, and efficiency gains. Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that manufacturing activities are closely aligned with the organization\'s strategic objectives and market dynamics. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate manufacturing strategies, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Quality and Compliance: Develop and implement quality control measures, compliance programs, and sustainability initiatives within the Manufacturing process. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Technology Integration: Partner with IT teams to leverage advanced manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and data analytics. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and visibility.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Manufacturing process. Regularly provide performance insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Community Leadership: Lead and mentor a community of global, regional and local business process experts within the Process Excellence Team. Provide guidance, support, and expertise to enhance manufacturing capabilities across the organization.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements, technology implementations, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Finance, to gather input, align manufacturing efforts, and drive successful project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing-related inquiries.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, emerging best practices, and sustainable manufacturing approaches. Integrate innovative approaches to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of process experts within the Process Excellence Community (PEC). Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skill sets and capabilities.

• 
  Main interface to GB and GD Process Owner community: Be the main contact person for all the existing process owners of GB and GD to ensure that AP specific process requirements and needs are fulfilled.

Your team In this challenging position you will give coaching and guidance to a global community of global, regional and local Process Experts team. You will report to our \xe2\x80\x98Process Excellence Team Lead\xe2\x80\x99 and act as the right hand and sparring partner of Global and Regional Leadership in AP.
Your Profile Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on global manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and leadership.
• Experience working in Agriculture is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Global Perspective: Understanding of global manufacturing operations, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
• Sustainability Focus: A commitment to advancing sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing process.
