Global Nonprofit Growth Specialist
Job Description
Create and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations across the world. Analyze and benchmark existing nonprofit network to identify opportunities for growth and provide great experiences to volunteers. Growth the number of nonprofits in each geographic region while maintaining a focus on high quality. Plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deal for activating supply growth. Work with and mentor junior team members in their efforts Collaborate with marketing, sales, to accelerate growth. Find nonprofits that match the needs of existing volunteers. Use data to derive insights, formulate reports and make recommendations. Build long-term relationships with nonprofit and help them get their volunteering programs off the ground. Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solution for their needs
