Siemens Gamesa is looking for a Global Non-conformity Manager for Nacelles factories. How to contribute to our vision The selected candidate will be integrated in the Nacelles EQS Dept, Quality area, supporting our Nacelles factories around the world (Onshore and Offshore) in order to find quick and good resolution for the critical and main issues detected in our factories. Some of your key tasks will include but are not limited to: Important role in the Nonconformity management within the organization. Support to the factories in the NC closing of issues detected in the factory or field. Main NCs information transfer between plants manufacturing same product. Ensure NC workflow process is working good. Prepare KPIs follow up for tracking. Support the team in other necessary activities. Lead and participate in main 8Ds of Nacelles. What you need to make a difference You have proven technical knowledge, specifications and drawings understanding. You have experience working with SAP, preference SRP and QM module. Quality methods experience will be necessary. Problem solving knowledge and experience is necessary (8Ds). Nacelle product knowledge will be valuable. Supplier Quality Experience will be valuable. Your English is of a very high standard -both spoken and written. Work Experience - 6 to 8 years Educational Qualification - B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics)
