The Global Mobility Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of global mobility programmes within the engineering industry. This position requires expertise in human resources to ensure smooth employee transitions and compliance with international regulations.

• Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including relocations, expatriations, and repatriations.
• Ensure compliance with international tax, immigration, and employment laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop mobility policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors for visa, tax, and relocation services.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility-related data and generate required reports.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on mobility-related matters.
• Analyse and optimise global mobility programmes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Stay updated on global mobility trends and regulatory changes in the engineering industry.
