WHAT YOU'LL DO
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an existing functional practice area (PA) within BCG, but the firm's leadership has made this business area a new priority for growth, focused on delivering impact with AI. In addition to aligning our hiring strategy to support these aspirations, there is a need to upskill our existing workforce in this area as well.
The Global Learning & Development (L&D) team is working with the working with the AI@Scale leadership to set holistic upskilling strategy, build an AI Academy platform to enable ongoing learning, and begin executing this bold vision. To provide ongoing support to this initiative we are developing an AI-specific L&D team.
As our Artificial Intelligence Academy Owner, you will be responsible for the set-up, ongoing refinement, and further evolution of the BCG AI Academy. The AI Academy will provide an upskilling curriculum that spans quick learnings to an AI Accelerator course for current and aspiring AI leaders across all BCG cohorts. A newly curated platform will centralize topic-level trainings to provide a one-stop-shop for the best AI learning and knowledge content, making upskilling for case teams simple and streamlined.
You will oversee the overall project management across each of the efforts the AI L&D team is supporting. This role requires you to be closely connected to the progress of individual projects, while also understanding and translating the evolving upskilling needs, as defined by the AI@Scale leadership team, into learning strategy. Moreover, you will be responsible for relaying the learner needs, as collected by your team, back to the AI@Scale leadership team so that they are aware of the "voice of the customer".
You'll report directly to the Global L&D Programs and Content Creation Director and will also work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders, including the AI@Scale leadership team, the Global L&D leadership and communications team, our deep pool of AI topic experts, the BCG-U team, and our AI product owners. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the full AI Academy L&D team, which includes Learning Manager(s), Learning Experience Designer(s) and Program Coordinator(s). Through working with the Program Coordinator(s), you will also help manage relationships with our university partners supporting our AI Academy.
