Opportunity to manage the entire spectrum of HR for a Global Location Opportunity to serve in a high visibility role reporting to the Director HR As an International HRBP, you will be responsible for managing HR activities across multiple locations in the APAC/US/UK/Australia regions. This role requires international experience in overseeing the entire employee life cycle, ensuring effective talent management, performance development, global mobility, and internal compliance initiatives. You will be entrusted with aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization on a global scale. You will work closely with senior leadership and regional HR teams to develop and implement HR plans that support the company\'s growth and expansion strategies. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization. This involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing effective recruitment and selection strategies, implementing performance management processes, and facilitating employee development initiatives such as training programs and succession planning. You will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations and promoting a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes handling employee relations issues, addressing employee grievances, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity. The Successful Applicant 3-8 years of relevant experience in HRBP roles, preferably with an MBA degree. Proven track record in managing HR functions in an international setting. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in designing programs specific to key organizational objectives related to Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recognition, etc. The ability to work in complex environments is a must as is the ability to derive concrete objectives in this context.
