II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for implementing & maintaining all HR Platforms & modules; build HR Modules & platforms in-house & ensure market best practices as well as conversion of processes & policies on to the platform.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
- Gather HR requirements, Processes, Policies and translate them into Tech Products & Platforms (to be built in-house)
- Be the first point of contact & provide functional guidance & support to the development team on HR Solutions like Performance Management, Employee Onboarding & Exit, Employee Engagement (Survey, Rewards etc) - all processes involved in Employee journey (from onboarding to exit)
- Responsible for implementation of new HR solutions via HR Platforms & Drive the Project to closure, Developing Project Plans, coordinate and drive the project with the Development team to closure.
- Liaise with Development Team to plan in requirements gathering, testing of platforms & applications regularly, highlight bugs, ensure end to end HR processes are captured including market best practices
- Perform Application Configuration, Key User Training, User Acceptance Test & user training
- Maintain HR platforms & modules once live
- Update Project Status to Senior Leaders on a weekly basis
- Forecast additional Activities, Highlight Potential Risks and Recommend Risk Mitigation
Must Have:
- Strong functional knowledge and Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Recruitment
- The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing.
- Experience in the design and development of HR modules, preferably Performance & Recruitment domains
- Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with development & internal teams.
- Experience in creating product roadmaps for use in an agile development environment
- Strong understanding of user needs to ensure the design of a user interface system that appeals to users and is easily navigable
- Ability to translate functional concepts and processes into design webpages & platforms
- Ability to understand 3rd Party systems & integrations
- Flexible to changes in requirements during different phases in the Project implementation
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Required: Bachelors or equivalent
Preferred: Masters or equivalent in Human Resource/ Degree in Information Systems
Experience
Atleast 7+ years of experience in performance management (PM) or human resource information system (HRIS) fields
