Title: Technical Project Manager (BI / Data Analytics)

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mohali

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Your Responsibility:

- Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex program.

- Define, monitor, and improve critical to success metrics for the success of the program.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.

- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.

- Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.

- Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Product, Leadership).

- Recommend improvements and drive alignment across teams.

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 10+ years' experience in project management or related field.

- 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.

- Knowledge of Data Engineering (Informatica or Snowflake) or reporting (Tableau or Power BI) desirable.

- Hands on experience on any one of the Data Engineering or Reporting tool is a must.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in BI and Data Analytics space with good understanding of related tools and technologies.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
