  • Multilingual Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in multiple languages to cater to our diverse international clientele.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with cultural sensitivity and language proficiency.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication:
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and adapt communication styles to meet the needs of customers from different regions.
  • Foster positive relationships with international customers to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with international teams to address complex problems and provide timely solutions.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the company\'s global products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in the development of training materials to enhance the team\'s international product knowledge.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of international customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate reports to analyse international customer trends and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in ENGLISH can speak in UK ACCENT.
  • Previous experience in international customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional international customer service.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and related tools.
