The position As a Commercial Associate Director, you will have the opportunity to: Drive and support the establishment of early commercial strategies and execute activities with a global focus. Provide project management and executional support for the global strategy of early assets in the pipeline for MASH and potentially ALD. Analytically support the team in continuously refining commercial strategies and implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally to assess potential opportunities for MASH assets and LCM opportunities for pipeline assets. Work with internal stakeholders across the value chain to ensure successful execution. Qualifications Commercial or scientific master\'s degree. Minimum 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience preparing & driving early commercial strategies/activities for assets moving into phase 3 development. Disease/market knowledge within MASH a clear advantage. Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy. Proven results from managing & driving projects. Proven ability to turn analysis into recommendations and actions. Fluency in written and spoken English.
