Job Description


The incumbent will lead HR projects and other key initiatives along with supporting HR Business Partners with COE support in the area of Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Analytics and Rewards.

The role holder will be responsible for:

- Workforce Planning: Anchor annual Workforce Budgeting & Planning process.

- Performance Management: Lead the Performance Management Process for the BU and ensure closure as per stipulated timelines with support from HRBPs.

- Rewards: Drive Annual Compensation Review in partnership with HR Business Partners.

- People Analytics: Be the custodian of People Data and generate actionable insights using Data Analytics.

- OD Interventions: Undertake & ensure sustenance of OD projects and manage documentation of Organization Structures to ensure effective workforce utilization.

- Employee Engagement: Deploy employee engagement and employee connect initiatives across the Business Unit. Develop and implement suitable action plans to drive improvement in identified engagement metrics.

- Special Projects: Own and Drive special projects undertaken to address specific HR issues/ challenges/ improvements in the BU
