Act as a consultant and advisor providing guidance to improve and implement business processes, products, services and software through data analyses. . Engage with business leaders and leverage the appropriate TT teams and functions to conclude requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and contribute . Perform data analysis, identifies business needs, define requirements, document Processes and procedures and advise on ways to be more efficient. Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, Products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. . Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to advise feasibility . Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will settle estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions .Ensure that relevant customers are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products . Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and support super user training.Does \'Methodical Review\' for processes from other BA\'s to ensure adherence to Novartis/Sandoz Guidelines . Contribute to create consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope. Consideration and evaluation of cross-system requirements and dependencies . Support with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and services wherever applicable. Additional specification required for testing Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements . At least 8 years of experience and last 3-5 years should be in a similar role. . Understanding of Generics Drug Development and GxP system validation process is an added advantage . Well versed in Agile Software Development and DevOps practices . Should have experience in one or more skill areas such as Systems design, Design Thinking, Application Architecture, Systems Integration and Build , User experience analysis . Experience to work in complex organizational environments (e.g. matrix organizations) .
