Job Description

The GL Manager will oversee the integrity of the organization's financial records, ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes, and support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage end-to-end general ledger operations, including accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely month/quarter/year-end closings in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, consolidations, and management reports, providing analytical insights to support business decisions.
• Controls & Compliance: Maintain robust internal controls, ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, collaborating with IT to enhance ERP and reporting efficiency.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 firm (audit or advisory) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in GL accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close management.
• In-depth knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS, internal controls, and accounting systems.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
