IndiaQuotient is looking for a community manager to be based in Bangalore

Responsibilities-

- Owning IQ's online brand experience - Own all the social media platforms presence of the fund and write high quality frequent content for the same and engage with portfolio companies.

- Managing the fund website messaging, design and working on constant updation.

- Work closely with the IQ team in content creation to convey funding of portfolio companies, expressing thought leadership across different sectors.

- Ideate conduct and publish web interviews and podcasts on key topics

- Build awareness of IndiaQuotient across social and professional channel

- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level visibility in print and online media and work on SEO.

- Coordinate all public relations activities with key media platforms

- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness

- Keep close watch on the Industry trends affecting portfolio companies and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

- Owning offline brand experience- conduct multiple events including ecosystem get togethers, conducting offsite with portfolio companies, events on all major festivals of the year.

- Host online/offline knowledge sharing events/mixers with community members

Requirements and skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication.

- Great project management skills - strictly adhering to timelines/frequency of the job and managing multiple tasks

- Active networker with an active Linkedin/Twitter community.

- High energy, good storytelling skills, and highly organised will help.

- Relevant content writing, conducting interviews, podcasts and communication experience would be added advantage

- Strong at building and managing relationships in the industry

- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews

- Solid experience with social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, & etc.

- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any business related degree will be added advantage
