Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency ) Must-Have GIS ESRI, Azure Devops, Database administration Good-to-Have Power Domain Experience SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Around 4-6 Years of Experience in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS server, ArcGIS Portal, Geo processing tools, Azure Dev Ops, Data factory and database administration Hands on experience in Utility / Water industry GIS consultant roles Hands on in working ArcGIS Portal, publishing GIS services, building GIS applications Hands on in working Azure Data factory Design, develop, and maintain GIS databases, applications, and web services Minimum 2 implementation on specified competencies in complex customized solution Customer facing experience and onsite experience with good comms and multivendor landscapes
