Job Description

- Maintain accurate and complete product-related information while developing functional - requirements based on business needs.

- Must be excellent on product knowledge as required and provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Must be able to support sales team in terms of technical product knowledge.

- Manage all facets of product consultation while continually outperforming departmental goals and objectives in relation to sales profitability and revenue growth

- Maintain customer stock and sales data as per business cycle.

- Co work with supply and product management team to ensure shipment on schedule.

- Maintain price matrix and track sales data for both online and offline channels.

- Summarize social media & community feedback on company products and coordinating with product & marketing team to address customer pain point & ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with service team to track product failure data and ensure service delivered on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B. Tech in Electronics & communications

- Team player with a willingness to work with cross-functional teams.

- Candidate should be tech savvy

- Candidates should have done some projects.

- Technical skill sets Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

- Candidate must have top-notch analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Candidate must be open for travelling Pan India
