Job Overview:
Responsibilities require the incumbent to possess functional expertise in manufacturing plant engineering along with customer relationship skills to virtually lead projects which assess, solve and improve plant productivity and optimize manufacturing costs by leveraging Controls and Systems Engineering

Technical Problem Solving:
- Analyze cost and performance data, diagnose root cause of 4M losses and make recommendations to improve system, equipment and material requirements
- Be proficient in the use of Continuous Improvement tools such as Loss Tree Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, Daily Management Systems
- Understand and leverage reliability metrics, system planning and cost tracking systems
- Collaborate with virtual plant and corporate engineering teams for diagnosis, solution design and creating recommendation report
Controls and Systems Engineering:
- Develop and implement plant process automation technology (viz. Wonderware Archestra, Siemens, Rockwell) and recipe management applications virtually
- Educate plant technicians on leveraging Controls and Systems Engineering standards of the company
- Engage to understand and demonstrate impact of work delivered on enhancing system utilization, reducing manual effort and manufacturing costs manual effort and manufacturing costs

- Coach and mentor other engineers on the team as well as plant employees
