Job Purpose:

We are looking to bring in bright individual UAT Lead and who is responsible to assist end user for UAT, schedule UAT, prepare user manual, E2E governance of UAT including access management in FINSAP and Regulatory reporting space. The candidate is required to possess relevant UAT experience in the complex multi tech systems and should be a strong team player. While working in a cross-functional environment, this position requires intense collaboration with the engineering, development, design, testing, line of business, subject matter experts. This is a significant opportunity in Finance distributed platforms working in partnership with Citi Data Office and Finance and Risk Shared Services(FRSS) team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in either of Investment Banking / Capital Markets or Retail Banking technology to implement the next generation Automation Platform using cutting edge low code automation and BPM Technologies.

What we offer:

• Be part of Strategic team and contribute in UAT space for GFT Finance Services Automation Platform (FINSAP). GFT Finance Services Automation platform is a global application in Global Functions Technology built for providing low code automation services. The application is built for Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS) global team to automate thousands of manual processes that are required to complete as part of month-end close process. Application will be integrated with numerous finance applications to send and receive data and ultimately will allow FRSS Power Users to participate in workflow development and process modeling. This data repository is built on Enterprise Standards and anchored to the financials, for the use of Finance and Risk; regulatory and management reporting. The team is working on an exciting automation and simplification program, aligned with latest technologies. The Pune team is the global center for the creation of automation workflows. The volume and variety of data involved in these Finance and Risk Functions results in one of most challenging and appropriate use cases for low code automation technologies. The specific global team you will be working with is responsible for building test automation Framework in a way to achieve automate first strategy, implement code quality, CICD automation and manage test automation book of work needed to enable EUC remediation, ELM, Integration, Platform, Workflow for regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of requirements through stories, themes, requirement documents, etc.
• Co-ordinate with regional SPOC and plan/schedule UAT.
• Understand the UAT scope and prepare user manual.
• Get relevant set-up done and perform sanity testing before handing over the WF/solution to user.
• Track CR/Defects with tech team & End user until closure.
• Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple up-stream and downstream system POC and plan and execute UAT.
• Preparing management reports, presentations for the deliveries.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in UAT testing and co-ordination.
• Strong Communication with business for closures and sign-off.
• Experience in JIRA, tracking and monitoring.
• Experience in building tools, utilities to resolve complex requirements.
• Prior experience in managing a small team (3 to 5) people
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Experience in creating various documentations like data flow diagrams, process flows, controls, SOP, trackers, JIRA dashboards, etc.
• Experience of working in BA/FRSS capacity in previous projects is added advantage for this role.
• Exposure to Test Automation, Cucumber, Selenium is an added advantage for this role.
