As an integral part of Citi\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Infrastructure Operations & Technology (EI O&T), Controllers Tech teams has ownership of Global Enterprise Applications supporting the Supply Chain, Sourcing and Third-Party Risk Management areas. The Business Unit manages the end-to-end Application Lifecycle management \xe2\x80\x93 Program / Projects Implementation, Change Requests and Application Support.

Job Summary:

The candidate will work on a wide range of Enterprise Application project activities within Global Functions technology Resource management organization\xe2\x80\x99s Supply Chain functions.

• Experience using the Agile methodology to rapidly deliver the requirements to users for immediate review.
• Experience in business processes area involving Third party/Vendor Management, Third Party/Vendor Risk Management and Sourcing/Procurement.
• Work on the Business Requirements and/or user stories from users and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and plan all phases of the testing lifecycle activities: test script/case development, test execution for production assurance testing and end user acceptance testing and provide post implementation Support
• Work on Defect process, report, analyze, and escalate problems and issues
• Ability to quickly understand, design and document complex business processes.
• Analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flow.
• Exhibit strong communications and interpersonal skills with senior leaders, technology, operations, and end user groups.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse and global group of business and technical personnel and ensure rapid resolution to Production issues or Project deliverables.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment.
• Responsible for projects and business as usual Production activities for individual and team assignments.
• Collaborating and Mentoring the new members to onboard them smoothly into the team.
• Interview skills a must have.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and lean principles. Experience in Agile methodologies and usage of tools like Jira, Confluence, ALM and Rally will be an added advantage.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of Information Technology experience in a large enterprise environment
• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience with working on Agile projects and teams required or global program experience preferred.
• Preferred Candidate has atleast 3 years of relevant experience in, Third party/Vendor Management, Third Party/Vendor Risk Management and Sourcing/Procurement.
• Experience in business or operational analysis required
• Experience with Third Party Risk Assessment tools
• Knowledge on Citi Legacy Third party Management processes and applications would be an added advantage
• Proactive and results driven with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly proficient on MS Office products; advanced Excel features; strong Visio and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; very strong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills across multiple countries, cultures and regions required
• Track record of interfacing with and presenting results to Senior Management
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management.
• Experience with interacting with business and operations management teams with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment.
• Candidate has some exposure to Citi\xe2\x80\x99s regional / sector risk management teams and a high level understanding of the interactions between those teams
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables while working in a large, global corporate environment

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
