We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst In this role, you will: The Technology Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) - Analyst Developer role is a senior role responsible for supporting the Global Technology TPRO, IT Optimisation & MI Reporting lead and wider Technology TPRM team to ensure effective governance & operational reporting provides oversight and management of HSBC Technology\'s Risk and Control Landscape. Ultimately, this ensures the c2,800 services delivered by c1,800 suppliers are received in compliance with the Group\'s Third-Party Risk Management Policy, Guidance and Control Task Framework Building automated applications to generate material for all Governance, managing sources as inputs and translating into visual outputs such as dashboards, tables, diagrams to convey key risk & controls positions such as KCIs, Cyber or Contract Risk. Ensuring timely and quality submissions Build automated applications or produce ad-hoc MI to provide end-to-end visibility across activities undertaken by the Technology TPRM team, scan TPM landscape (primarily systems, data, tools & processes) and provide insights to arising risks or issues. Escalate key items for attention and table facts to discuss collaboratively and propose action options. Support Incident Management related matters with data mining, analysis, and outreach surveys to create new datasets and MI supporting issue remediation and closure. Drive optimisation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM systems, processes, and data. Build close working relationships with key stakeholders across the Bank to ensure the Tech TPRM objectives, MI and tools are understood and used to manage of risks, controls, and issues.
