The Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Responsibilities: .Proactively monitor the Operational and IT Risks for applications within scope, in line with Citi defined Risk & Control framework .Liaise with tech leads, internal and external teams to ensure risks commitments are delivered on-time, and articulate to senior management .Proactively contribute to improvement of governance structure to strengthen R&C .Utilizing historical issue analysis and metrics to identify opportunities for additional investigation and testing opportunities .Ownership for the risk and control dashboards and necessary data crunching with relevant presentations to support senior management with prioritization of corrective actions .Proactively engage and work alongside IT Development and platform teams to drive remediations and tasks as defined in corrective action plans. .Understand and drive risk and control related roles, responsibilities and escalation framework within the applications in scope. Qualifications: .9-12 years\' experience overseeing, developing, implementing, or testing controls within 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line of defence .Good understanding of IT General Controls .Preferably having a technical background or inclination towards understanding the technical aspects of complex IT Systems .Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization .Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions .Excellent communication skills Education: .Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience .Master\'s degree preferred Job Family Group: Technology Job Family: Business Analysis / Client Services Time Type: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
