Job Profile

Purpose of Role

This individual will be responsible to conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews based in adherence with the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) QA Methodology (Methodology), particularly in relation to Sanctions control processes.

Main Responsibilities

Conducting QA reviews utilizing statistical sampling methodologies. Reviews are to be documented utilizing QA work tools (i.e. QA workbooks and trackers) ensuring adherence with global minimum requirements. Any identified variances are to be remediated in accordance with the QA Methodology and QA operating manuals. Moreover, escalating QA issues in accordance with the Global FCC Escalation and Issue Management Standard and adhering to the agreed timelines.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA reviews based on the latest policy and procedures for branches across the globe.
  • Maintain and ensure all the requirements are updated as per the QA tools.
  • Work with QA team leads to ensure the QA reports are published within agreed timelines
  • Work with internal stakeholders and be part of a team which helps in improving the process and provides resolution of issues.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including Global and Regional GFCD QA
Requirements:

Experience:
  • 3 years of post-qualification relevant work experience within Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • 3 years of experience in Sanctions processes.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree or above

Mandatory Skills:
  • Candidates with good understanding of sanctions and system data automation are preferred
  • Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Good writing skill and fluent in English
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing strong credibility to build influential relationships with stakeholders to identify gaps and improvements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels and cross-borders
  • Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks
