Corporate Banking is a technology-centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing, an increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems and access to supporting data. Our global Corporate Bank Technology team is tasked with ensuring technology and security risk for payments is within risk tolerance Bank wide. We are looking for Technology risk and controls specialists based in Pune. You will support the India Quality Assurance (QA) Lead in implementing and executing a 'hands-on' sustainable QA process across the Bank's complex payments application landscape. This is part of a multi-year program tasked with implementing an Information Technology (IT) control framework for all payment-related applications in the Bank. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a sustainable testing strategy within the Bank's Technology organization to evaluate existence and operation of payment controls across our payment applications. Joining the team is a unique opportunity to help evolve some of our most mission critical processing systems.

Your key responsibilities

• Support India QA Lead in implementing and running a sustainable testing approach to validate completeness and effectiveness of the Payments IT control landscape.
• Support India QA Lead in implementing QA standards including sampling and documentation and implementing a QA feedback mechanism for stake-holders including Application Owners and Control Owners.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA and testing practices and identify and promote sustainable testing automation opportunities.

Your skills and experience

• Track record of working with IT and Information Security controls testing and risk management.
• Experience of working in an agile environment.
• Able to demonstrate a structured logical approach to problem solving.
• Proactive and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
