To manage projects of changing scopes from feasibility study, survey, design engineering, specifications preparations, review of detailed design documents, project monitoring, and site supervision. \xef\x82\xb7 Trainee Structural Engineer - GET
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience: between 0-2 years
Position Purpose:
Basic & Detail Design Engineering activities for the assigned project(s) in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants, Offshore Drilling Rigs, etc., in accordance with the Company, established procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation/review of PFD, P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, project-specific specifications, design calculation/analysis, and procurement specification.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interface with other disciplines, user departments, and Clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Estimation/engineering work related to bids.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Structure Engineer, you will be working closely with the team in order to execute Offshore engineering projects.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
\xef\x82\xb7 Carry out Pre-Service and In-Service Structural Analysis of Jackets, Topsides, and Modules
\xef\x82\xb7 Using SACS, Staadpro, Ansys, etc FEM Software and prepare a calculation report.
\xef\x82\xb7 Technical reviews of engineering consultant output where the work is subcontracted.
\xef\x82\xb7 Detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of MTO and WCR.
\xef\x82\xb7 A good understanding of the latest API, DNV, AISC/EURO codes is a must.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to do all the engineering calculations independently.
Essential Skills & Experience
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech -Civil/Structural or M.E/MTech Structural/Offshore Structural
