Job Description
1. Visit various category building (Residential / commercial/ Industrial etc.) sites, for which electricity meter is applied in Delhi (South- West)
2. Measure exact height of the building / specified floor , from ground level upto Structural slab of the specified floor.
3. Observe stilt parking portion / G.F. of the building ( complete address) for having been used other than stair , lift or parking.
4. Observe roof of the building for having been used other than roof purpose like Room etc.
5. Have view to present / authenticate report / pictures in support of his Observations.
6. Considerably aware of having time bound working process.
7. Have basic knowledge of building structure
8. Have basic knowledge of civil engineer drawing and substation building.
Essential Requirement1. BE Civil and above from civil engineering with minimum 65% marks.
2. Own conveyance and Licences
3. Basic computer knowledge of excel , words with moderate ( not Low) typing skills.
4. Physically fit for stairs UP and Down.
