Job Responsibilities: Develop and drive marketing strategy for specific portfolio themes of Capgemini in a geography market. Be the lead marketing anchor for initiatives in this market. Establish and drive a 2- 3 year marketing plan aligned to global and across portfolio themes. Work with business stakeholders, set the marketing budget & goals, create world class marketing campaigns. Should be focused on demand generation through cross sell up sell in existing accounts as well as new logo acquisition. Report on Marketing Contribution to Sales and effectiveness of campaigns. Work with key leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans. Primary Skills: Create avenues which are at the crossroads of portfolios and sectors and work with sector marketing managers to drive campaigns on those specific areas in addition to horizontal portfolio themes. Manage campaigns end to end (strategy, research, web services, event support, thought leadership, social media but not limited to these). Secondary Skills: Leverage state-of-the-art marketing techniques, like e-mail marketing, (paid and organic) social media, sales navigator, digital marketing & advertisements. Should have driven end to end execution of marketing programs.
