9-12 years of relevant experience in IT and Cloud Transformation. Have successfully executed a few projects using Cloud Technologies Excellent communication, presentation, planning, stakeholders management, and consulting skills Experience with agile/iterative development in a distributed team environment Have strong delivery knowledge and experience around cloud adoption and workload migrations to the public cloud. Project management certification will be plus Extensive hands-on experience in processes, tools/technologies, and frameworks and deploying complex cloud-based architectures Understanding of various technologies such as Network and Security, Monitoring, Operations and Management tools, and disaster recovery Understanding of the customer strategy, business, technical, security, and compliance requirements Ability to perform independently driving technology discussions with stakeholders, govern the closure of the design and implementation decisions Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, and staff in highly diverse teams and regulated environment Primary Skills Lead execution of Cloud engagements (Assessments, Implementations, Tech Support, Management) Provide solutions by making sure applications are well-designed and conform to client standards, industry best practices, and reference architectures. Work closely on Cloud Pre-sales, Consulting, and Advisory. Secondary Skills Strong experience in any of the Azure/AWS/GCP areas. Ability to lead teams to complete the required solution. Assign work packets to Development Team Ensure the deadline and SLA delivery dates are met Ensure Quality of the deliverables.
