Geo Lead ConsultingRole PurposeThe Geo Consulting lead is accountable for building relationships and providing advice to C-Suite executives and Corporate Real Estate Executives regarding the products, services and platforms to achieve their vision and strategy. S/he will work collaboratively with diverse clients and real estate experts to solve for the strategy, design, selection, and implementation of the necessary solutions to deliver meaningful financial and operational objectives. S/he will work closely with APAC Consulting Practice Leaders to ensure that our recommendations are tangible and constructed in such a way as to support the success of the overall client enterprise and their business transformation objectives. Reporting to the APAC Growth Lead, this role will be accountable for defining areas of opportunity for growth and obtaining new clients within Southeast Asia.Location: Preferred location is Singapore but will consider other SEA countriesKey responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate across Work Dynamics, Markets and Capital Markets in cluster to drive OneJLL business growth
  • Develop talent / capabilities to address present and future regional market needs in cluster
  • Develop regional consulting teams \xe2\x80\x9csense of belonging\xe2\x80\x9d within cluster / Work Dynamics / wider JLL business
  • Where applicable, perform quality assurance reviews on high value bids and client deliverables + act as escalation point
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Partner with Industry Leads and other Cluster Leads on year-end performance ratings of cluster team members
  • Lead supply/demand analysis with other cluster leaders to manage resource allocation and maintain / improve productivity
  • Drive excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Determine the optimum pricing strategy for the cluster, keeping in mind the competitive landscape and margin targets
  • Support regional leads / growth & innovation leads / industry leads with business development activities across cluster
  • Develop, implement, and execute an overall strategy to considerably grow revenue and new business across Cluster
  • Responsible for the financial management and report of the Cluster performance for revenue and costs.
  • Accountable for achieving the Custer Fee Revenue and Contribution Income targets.
  • Support the growth of Consulting\xe2\x80\x99s P&L by participating in new business development activities to prospects and clients
  • Develop and manage multiple client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth within Work Dynamics
  • Partner closely with the Sales leaders and teams to unlock net new opportunities for business growth. Develop world-class ability to seed opportunities for expanded and long-term client relationships and agreements
  • Manage, coach and guide diverse project teams to get the most out of our people and deliver the best results for our clients
  • Work to identify other areas of opportunities for JLL products and services

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting
  • Superior analytical skills, with preference to be able to analyze financial statements, perform, scenario analysis, and develop creative and value-enhancing deal structures with a broad range of complexity
  • Experience with real estate, professional services, and/or business services
  • Proven track record of managing Consulting operations profitably by managing investments, utilization, and leveraging various consulting commercial models and arrangements
  • Ability to leverage relationships and attract talent globally
  • Experience in optimizing cost through right shoring of capabilities and talent
  • Strong executive presence with a history of presenting to senior leadership and boards of directors
  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Identify and develop leads / opportunities
  • Support conversion of opportunities into contracted / billable work
  • Manage consulting delivery quality and client satisfaction
  • Drive people / talent attraction, management and retention
