Job description :
- Managing Quality & TAT.
- Training & motivation to staff.
- Should be good in data analysis & financial analysis. (Advance Excel)
- Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency
- To monitor team performance periodically.
- To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases & analyzing the problem.
- Ensured timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managed the distribution system of the company and maintained smooth operations across the units.
- Maintaining Reports & Database.
Required Candidate profile :
- Must have more tan 2 years of experience in same.
- Must be graduate/postgraduate.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
