Job Description
1. Attend walk-ins and Handle client interactions, and customer queries in terms of the questions related to Study Abroad / Immigration to Canada.
2. Rigorous calling on data and taking time to time follow ups thereby helping in revenue generation.
3.Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
4. Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students.
5. Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.
6. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students and parents.
7. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.
