Objectives: Training the Clients to achieve the Goals Maintaining Progress Report of the Client Conducting Fitness Assessments of the Client Making schedule cards for the Clients Updating Fitness Assessments and Schedule cards of the clients after 2 months Giving complete attention and dedication to clients during personal training slots Attending to general clients on the floor during vacant slots Making courtesy calls with reminders to the clients that they are due for their Fitness assessments Actively participating in the internal & external activities of the Company and any other job assigned by the Gym ManagerGeneral Responsibilities Projects a polished, professional image at all times Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the department head. Is duly certified and keeps upgrading himself.
