Functional Role ()


Team Member- Procure to Pay is responsible for processing PR to PO, Vendor Management, Procurement, Invoice Processing, Vendor Payments and Month End related task for one of NTT Group company. It also includes providing support on internal/external queries from the Vendor as well as the business. The Other responsibilities of the team member would be to ensure the Month End close is completed within the defined SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.

Education Background


Graduate in Commerce.





Work Experience


1 to 3 years in Accounts Payable process. Prior experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Payment, Vendor Reconciliation and Month End Reporting role is a must. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Excel required


SAP ERP experience is must




Key Responsibilities

  • Organize all activities relating from procurement to payment (P2P).
  • Understand accounting flow of transaction in SAP
  • Should know Invoice processing and vendor payments
  • To report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
  • Help supervisor to review mechanism of major contracts to ensure business adoption and minimize spend leakage and maverick behavior.
  • Co-ordinate the benchmarking of procurement practices in the IT / ITES industry and other industries along with supervisor.
  • Understand various reporting and BI tool to extract data and analysis
  • Should be able to analysis vendor ledger and prepare statement of accounts
