Position Title: Talent Acquisition Head
Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will lead all aspects of talent acquisition strategy, processes, and execution to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber talent. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and implement best practices to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Analyze workforce trends and market conditions to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Provide guidance on sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interviewing best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referral programs, to attract diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization\'s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Solicit feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience of11to12years in talent acquisition or recruitment, HR Operations with at least 11 to 12 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational objectives.
Additional Requirements:
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
NOTE : Talent Acquisition Head will handle entire HR Operations & coordinate with CEO or Seniors, must handle Payroll management & talent management.
