Role : GM / AVP - Sales / Exports (Iron Ore)

Location : Delhi

Job Overview:

- To Generate Lead / Sales & Business Development in Export division for Iron Core.

- Responsible to direct, support and oversee all aspects of company\'s procurement growth Strategy to increase and marketing, profit.

- Sourcing of Iron Ore concentrates of high-quality pellet feed

- Significantly tapped market in China and exported Iron-ore to steel mills & conducted the marketing of Iron-ore lumps and Pellet sales to domestic Sponge plants and Pig Iron plants.

Area of Expertise Required:

- Export Sales in Iron Ore/Manganese Ore also Sponge Iron

- Sales and Marketing experience in commodities and capital markets for over 20 years spread across India, CIS, South East Asia, China, Middle East, Africa, Europe and America. Vast experience in handling large teams with a P&L approach in a challenging environment of financial industry as well as managing big contracts and large volumes of institutional clients in the international commodities markets.

- Manging Big Contact / Relationship Selling /New Business Opportunities

- Have travelled few countries/ Pitched buyers

- Managing overall Iron Ore Mine Auctions for the company. Rich Exposure to various aspects of Mineral Industry (Iron ore,) starting from Mineral Legislatures, Mineral Exploration, Resource evaluation, Financial Modelling, due diligence, Mine Development, Production, Quality Control and Environmental Management.

- Managing the bid process for MDO (Mine Development & Operation) and Mining projects - Identification, quick evaluation, recommendation to management and pursuit of Inorganic growth/Acquisition opportunities in Mining Sector (International)

- Mapping of Iron Ore Mining Leases with all relevant information of India and all major Countries

- Coordinating and negotiating legal documents for transactions including Non-disclosure Documents (NDA), Share purchase agreement, Shareholders agreement.

Educational Qualification / Skills & Work Experience :

- Senior Management Professional leveraging nearly 18+ years\' experience in Sales, Marketing & Trading, Export/Import sales, Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics, Business Development in Iron ore, Coal, Bulk Mineral, Metal, Iron and Steel Industry

- Knowledge of Commodities Market. Experience in Trade Finance is highly preferable.

- BE / B.Tech is Mandate (Graduate in Mining additional)
