Job Description


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealership coordination and communication.
  • Overall acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones / lost customers
  • Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales as well as the expenses for the new and used vehicle sales.
  • Responsible for handling existing and new customers, work out the products costing and price negotiation.
  • Handling the team of Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Sales Consultants and Support Staff.
  • Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
  • Analyzing market research and competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making.
  • Managing customer relationship
  • Exposure to sales/ receivables/ monitoring customer schedules as per the sales plan.
  • Conducting sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
  • Monthly/ Fortnightly/ Weekly MIS management
Requirements and skills
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in two wheeler segment
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
