A total of 14 activities have been planned in this high rise to give a one stop solution for families which brings a feel good factor in their lives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a General Manager Sales Marketing. The General Manager Sales Marketing will oversee and manage the sales and marketing team, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and analyze market trends and consumer behavior. Corporate Tie-Ups and Liasoning knowledge shall be considered an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies Experience in creating and managing budgets, creating reports, and analyzing data Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management Experience in the sports and hospitality industry is a plus Creating an organizational structure to make sure all departments are following SOP\'s and smooth functioning in operations.
