Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Manage and motivate hotel staff, providing training and development opportunities.
Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager (2-5 years preferred)
Strong hold on Languages. English being one of them.
Experience in managing daily cafe operations, staff supervision, and customer service
Strong understanding of cafe workflows, inventory management, and ordering processes
Experience in handling cash, billing systems, and basic accounting
Experience in event/activities management (preferred for karaoke/live events cafes)
