Opportunity . Represent APMT Pipavav to various Government and Industry bodies for promoting and protecting its interest within compliance framework of AP Moller Maersk Group. . Proactive engagement with Gujarat Maritime Board, Ports & Transport Department Gujarat, GIDB, Government of Gujarat and other state and central level stakeholders to drive extension of the Concession Agreement, Port led industrial development, Trade and overall Port development . . Actively engage and manage external stakeholders. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation) Stakeholder Management within Gujarat Stakeholders GMBState Government Chief Minister office Chief Secretary Additional Chief Secretary, P&T Department of Port and Transport Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation Gujarat State Chambers of Commerce and Industries Police Establishment, Home department and Revenue Department Chief Commissioner of Customs and other Customs formation - Ahmedabad and Jamnagar Build a dynamic stakeholder Mapping record of decision makers and influencers Proactively engage with the stakeholders, representing GPPL contribution to the trade and society Manage relationships with Government agencies at all levels within APMT Compliance framework and seek information relevant to GPPL Address GPPL concerns and work with Stakeholders for amicable solutions Lobby with Government on introduction of new policy and changes in existing policy Seek regular updates on the developments in State Government and GMB which has potential impact to GPPL Getting appointments with Bureaucrats and authorities for GPPL SMT as and when required Represent GPPL in Gujarat Chambers of Commerce and Industries and seek business leads Coordinate with Head of Communications for media coverage on relevant matters of the company. Liaise with Group Public Affairs department on directives and group initiatives related to India and Gujarat.
