Roles & Responsibilities:- Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Engagement Manager Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project. Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer Participate in internal projects as required. Architect, Design, Development & Implementation of framework and best practices, in the industry. Effective and careful benchmarking in business practices, from a competition perspective. Interact / partner with the business development and pre-sales team for understanding the requirements and suggest solutions for addressing the same. Should be proactive and enhance solutions by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement, optimization or refactoring. Constantly Investigate new and emerging technologies and techniques, and research ongoing industry developments/trends in the space and make appropriate recommendations to the management for enhancements. Help build collaterals on various domain related areas - across telecom, banking & financial services Be the Lead respondent on proposals/RFP responses. Create innovative, scalable, sustainable & profitable solutions for RFP response. This involves working with cross functional teams such as Pricing, IT/IT applications, Legal, Operational teams, etc.
